Stretch Tent Hire Service

Delivery & Setup

  1. Service Area: We deliver and set up within a predefined area. For locations outside this area, additional fees may apply.

  2. Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made between specific hours, e.g., 10 AM - 8 PM, Monday to Sunday. Setup is completed at least 2 hours before your event start time.

  3. Delivery Fees: Delivery and setup fees are included in the rental cost and are calculated at checkout. For areas outside this region, email us to see if we can make an exception.

  4. Booking Requirements: A minimum notice of 7 days for the stretch tent is required to ensure availability and timely setup.

Lighting, Sound, and Gear

  1. Package Deals: Our tent rentals can be combined with lighting, sound, and other event gear. Package deals include delivery and setup of all rented items.

  2. Setup Time: All equipment will be set up and tested at least 2 hours before the event to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

  3. Technical Support: On-site technical support is negotiable at additional expense throughout your event to handle any issues with lighting, sound, or other gear.

Returns & Pickup

  1. Pickup Schedule: All equipment will be picked up within 48 hours after the event ends. This can be subjected to weather conditions

  2. Condition of Returns: All rented items must be returned in the condition they were delivered. Any damages or missing items will incur additional charges.
